Battle of egos

Testing out some new pens I had over christmas. Yes, I draw hella teeny.

This scene from Dawnsong, a battle between Reynard and Ysengrim upon the roof-atrium of a decrepit roman fortress (Maupertius), is one of my more insane ideas. The final result won't look even CLOSE to this.
No music will be used save eerie percussion effects, close-ups and whirling distortions will disorient the viewer, the light will me saturated, white-yellow, and blinding. In the end, the animation will be multiplied and distorted per frame in jagged, dynamic fashion; almost identical (I am using this as a device to hold down the unpredictable violence) to the terms outlined in Boccioni, Carra, Russolo, Balla, and Severini's 'Technical Manifesto of Futurist Painting.'

Don't be inspired by them, please. They glorified war, fascism, misogyny, and contempt for pasta. But that said, their art was hella cool.
